- Natural Fibre Composites with foil or textile and Biodegradable Composites
Natural Fibre Composites with foil or textile and Biodegradable Composites
- Foil thickness from 1.0 mm to 3.5 mm.
- Foil is foamed PVC foil with 0.4 mm solid A-surface
- Textiles are PES plusch/lycra or normal/PES needle felt
- Colors according to customers spesification
- Maximum measurements for parts: length 2000 mm, width 1150 mm, depth 600
Rigid PUR foam with foil or textile
Rigid PUR foam is excellent for dashboards, door trim panels, knee bolsters
or pillar covers. It has:
- PUR densities from 80 kg/m3 to 210 kg/m3.
- PUR thickness can vary from 10 mm to 100 mm on the same piece.
- Foil thickness from 1.0 mm to 3.5 mm.
- Foil is foamed PVC foil with 0.4 mm solid A-surface
- Textiles are PES plusch/lycra or normal
- Colors according to customers spesification
- Fixing methods: fur-tree clips (clip housing infoamed), screws etc.
- Maximum measurements for parts: length 2000 mm, width 1150 mm, depth 600 mm
Soft PUR foam with foil or textile
Soft PUR foam is excellent for noise absorbents, cushions for temporary
seats, backrests and pillar covers.
- PUR densities from 60 kg/m3 to 100 kg/m3.
- PUR thickness can vary from 10 mm to 80 mm on the same piece.
- Foil thickness from 1.0 mm to 3.5 mm.
- Foil is foamed PVC foil with 0.4 mm solid A-surface
- Textiles are PES plusch/lycra or normal/PES needle felt
- Colors according to customers spesification
- Can be foamed directly on carrier material (plywood or ABS, etc.)
- Maximum measurements for parts: length 2000 mm, width 1150 mm, depth 600
RTC with foil or textile
RTC is a thermoplastic material (70 % PP + 30 % GF ) which can be covered
with foil or textile. RTC can be used in interiors of forestry machines,
headliners, pillar covers, and other parts which require very good durability.
RTC is typically used as:
- 2000 g/m2 RTC as carrier
- foil or textile as A-surface
- 5 mm foamed PE as B-surface
High Frequence welding (HF)
High frequency welding is typically used when joining PVC materials or when
some pattern is needed on PVC material. HF can be used for PVC materials
with thicknesses from 0.1 mm to 3.5 mm.
High frequency welding is an excellent choice for making pattern on PVC
surfaces on interior parts or on convertibles, making inner part of bootwells
for soft top, etc.
